Welcome to the 2006 South Central Regional Programming Contest Web Site

Welcome to the Baylor University Site for the 2006 South Central Regional Programming Contest Web Site.

Check out these pages for additional information:

Hotel Information

We made arrangements for rooms at the Best Western Old Main Lodge. This is walking distance to the ECS building here and you get breakfast with the room. Originally, we had blocked 25 rooms for the contest, but time for reserving these rooms has already passed. However, they will still give us the rate of $78 (+tax) per night for up to four occupants. You just have to tell them you are with the south central regional programming contest. They can be reached at 1-800-299-9226.

Parking and Getting Around

The ECS building is very close to interstate 35 in Waco. You should exit on University Parks Drive and head east. After about 1/4 of a mile, you will reach entrances for the campus. On Friday evening and on Saturday, you should be able to park on campus without any trouble. I recommend either the parking garage or the lot right in front of the ECS building (both in blue below). All contest activities are in the Rogers ECS building (in red below). If you are staying at the Old Main Lodge, it's a quick trip to campus either on foot or by car.
